If you are a full-time student who is enrolled in a program 20 weeks or longer in either a Diploma or Certificate program and would like some more information, visit the Gallivan website for detailed information on waivers, claims, opt-outs and more.

Opt-Out Deadlines are 30 days after your program start date not from the start of each semester.  Waiver forms must be submitted to the onsite office by 4:00pm on or before the deadline day and must be accompanied by proof of existing coverage. 

Health Care Cards can be picked up at the BVCSA office during regularly scheduled office hours, during new student orientation, downloaded from the website or by appointment with a Gallivan Representative.  Health care cards are not mailed out to students.
